Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping information during the checkout process. In the event that a customer submits an incorrect shipping address, we cannot guarantee the adjustment of the address prior to order fulfillment.
Lost or Stolen Packages
In the unfortunate event that your order is lost or stolen during the shipping process, we are committed to providing a one-time replacement order. It is important to note that the replacement order must be shipped to the same address as the original order, and the one-time replacement is limited to a maximum value of $100. Unfortunately, we are unable to make exceptions for a second occurrence of a lost or stolen order.
Accidental Orders
In the event of accidental orders, we regret to inform you that we cannot guarantee cancellation prior to fulfillment. Once the order is delivered, we encourage customers to promptly contact our customer service team to initiate the return process.
