Shipping & Returns

Where is my order?

For order details, visit account.zak.com and log in or create an account with the email address you used to place your order.

How do I get a refund and/or return an item?

If you ordered from zak.com within the last 30 days, start a return here.

If you are beyond the designated 30-day return period, kindly initiate a warranty claim for products that are damaged or defective.

If your product was not purchased directly from our website at zak.com, we kindly suggest attempting to initiate a return or refund with the respective retailer.

What is your warranty? How do I submit a claim?

Zak Designs offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty on specified products, covering material and workmanship defects under normal use. For full warranty details and submission link, visit our Warranty page.

I entered the wrong shipping address. Can I modify my order?

Once an order is placed, we're unable to make any modifications. We'll provide a one-time zak.com gift card for 60% of the order total (up to $50) to use toward a new order. Email customerservice@zak.com with your order information, so we can reply with the gift card code.

Is there lead in your drinkware?

All of the accessible components of Zak Designs’ products are lead free. We utilize 3rd party international testing laboratories to verify the lead-free status of our products.

Are your items BPA free?

All Zak Designs items have been 100% BPA-free since 1995.

What grade of stainless steel do you use?

We use 18/8 (304) food-grade stainless steel on the inside of the cup and 201 stainless steel on the exterior.

Can I sell your products?

Unfortunately, we can no longer accept new vendor or wholesale product requests from retail customers at this time.
